Clay Vessel Reflection (1-D): January 24, 2013.
1. The good part of my vessel is the pattern because it looks really cool on the bowl.
2. I think that I could have made the bowl more round and spent a little more time on it because it is not as neat as I would have liked it to be.
3. It is about the size of an apple, and the general form is wide and round. I kind of just randomly made something and that's how it turned out.
4. My vessel will hold some pencils and pens because I have A LOT of those in my room.
5. The sponge markings on my vessel is the rhythm. There is a lot more of a focus on rhythm because it is so random.
6. You need to take your time on things because it will always turn out better.
7. First, I wedged my clay and got all of the bubbles out. Next, I did like three different things until I figured out the one that I liked. My vessel was definitely by chance.
8. I thought this was a good first project because it was simple and easy to catch on to.
